Overview

LendingPulse.app (the "App") and https://lendingpulse.app (the "Website") perform mortgage affordability calculations entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal financial information entered into the calculator, except as described below for the optional "email my results" feature.

Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Replit, and other third-party service providers may collect limited technical information — such as device or browser identifiers, IP addresses, performance data, and crash or error logs — in connection with distributing the App and Website, and for diagnostics, crash reporting, and analytics.

Our Calculator Privacy Framework

LendingPulse.app operates calculator evaluations on a zero-user-tracking and zero-user-registration framework. Our application architecture is designed to keep personal information insulated from your calculator evaluations:

• No Account Requirements: We do not provide user profiles, account registration systems, or member portal sign-ups. You never have to enter credentials to access our calculators.
• Zero Identifiable Calculator Inputs: Our tools only require non-personally identifiable variables necessary for mathematical forecasting, such as purchase price, down payment, annual income, or debt balances. Calculator forms do not request your full name, phone number, physical address, or Social Security number.
• Ephemeral Calculator Sessions: The financial metrics you enter are processed client-side within your active browser window. This data is used solely to generate dynamic amortization tables or budget reports. Unsaved calculations are discarded when you leave the page or close your browser tab; scenarios you explicitly save remain only in your browser's local storage until you remove them.
• No Commercial Profiling: We do not attach contact records or digital identities to calculator inputs. We do not use calculator evaluations to build marketing profiles, track consumer habits, or pass calculator leads to third-party lending brokerages.

Information Entered In The App

The following information may be entered by users:

• Income
• Monthly debts
• Interest rates
• Loan terms
• Down payment amounts

All entered information remains on your device and is not transmitted to LendingPulse.app, except when you use the optional "email my results" feature. In that case, your entered figures and the email address you provide are transmitted only to deliver that one-time message. LendingPulse.app does not store, log, or retain that email address or the figures afterward.

Third-Party Service Providers

The App and Website rely on third-party service providers for distribution, hosting, advertising, diagnostics, and analytics, including:

• Apple — app distribution, downloads, purchases, diagnostics, crash reporting, analytics, and device/OS information (App Store). Apple privacy policy

Each of these providers collects and processes information according to their own privacy policies. LendingPulse.app does not control, and is not responsible for, the independent data practices of these third-party providers.

Data Storage & Sharing

LendingPulse.app does not create user accounts or store user financial information on company servers. LendingPulse.app does not sell or rent user information.

Advertising, Tracking, And Your Choices

The Website uses Google AdSense to display personalized advertising, which relies on cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing activity on this and other websites. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this activity is considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands.

LendingPulse.app does not use the personal financial information you enter into the calculator (income, debts, loan terms, etc.) for advertising or marketing purposes. The advertising described in this section relates only to general browsing/technical data collected by Google, not your calculator inputs.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used.
• Delete personal information held about you. Because LendingPulse.app does not create accounts or store financial inputs, we generally have little to no personal information to delete on our own servers; requests related to data held by Google should also be directed to Google.
• Opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To opt out of personalized advertising on this Website, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the site footer, or enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as an opt-out request. Accuracy of Third-Party Data: While our platform attempts to pull accurate market data from trusted public indices, such as Freddie Mac and the Federal Reserve Economic Data API, interest rates fluctuate constantly. We cannot guarantee the absolute precision, completeness, or real-time accuracy of external data streams, and we are not liable for any discrepancies in market updates.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall LendingPulse.app or its operators be held liable for any financial decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use or reliance on our calculators, guides, or informational tips. You use these tools entirely at your own discretion and risk.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying all inputs, assumptions, calculations, and results before relying on them. LendingPulse.app does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of any calculation or result.

Children's Privacy

The App and Website are intended for adults and professionals in the mortgage and real estate industries and are not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

Privacy Requests

Because LendingPulse.app does not create user accounts or store personal financial information on company servers, LendingPulse.app may not have personal information available to access, correct, or delete. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App or Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
